Public directory information, private company evidence and recipient-specific Secure Shares use different access rules. This page explains each one.
Private document storage
Company documents are stored privately. Authorised access is provided through secure, time-limited links.
Role-based permissions
Workspace roles separate owner, administrator, reviewer and read-only access. Read-only users can view permitted information but cannot modify workspace records.
Controlled Secure Share
Authorised senders select eligible information, the intended recipient and access period. A share can expire or be revoked.
Document status
Issue dates, expiry dates and review states are recorded separately. Automated expiry checks do not replace human review.
Clear verification boundaries
Profile creation, information submission, system checks, manual review and source-specific verification are presented as distinct stages.
Traceable procurement records
RFQ awards, purchase orders, milestones, payment updates and supplier scorecards are recorded as distinct actions. A scorecard supports review; it never replaces a buyer’s approval process.
