Complete the company record, add documents or products, choose what becomes public, and use separate review and sharing steps when evidence is required.

Profile, documents, review, directory search and Secure Share are separate so a stored file is never confused with a completed review.

Assistance, not final approval
Implemented automated tools can classify eligible files, extract visible information, compare user-entered dates and flag missing, expired or inconsistent information. Results remain subject to human review.
An authorised person makes the decision
Manual review is recorded separately from automated output. A verified label should only be used when the displayed verification criteria and specified source have actually been completed.
How information sharing works
An authorised business user chooses the eligible fields and documents, the intended recipient and the access period. The recipient accepts the Secure Share before viewing it. Access can expire or be revoked.
When a document expires
The expired status remains visible in the document workflow and should prompt replacement. Automated expiry detection is a pre-check; the business and its reviewers remain responsible for maintaining current evidence.
Important details before you begin
Does uploading a document verify it?
No. Uploading stores the document and records its submitted status. Automated checks and authorised human review are separate stages.
What does the automated check do?
Where supported, it can classify a document, extract visible fields, compare entered dates and flag expiry or inconsistencies. It does not independently prove legal authenticity.
Can a recipient see every document?
No. Secure Share includes only the eligible fields and documents selected by an authorised sender, for the intended recipient and access period.
What happens when a document expires?
The document status can show that it has expired and the business can upload a current replacement. An expired item should not be treated as current compliance evidence.
